Acknowledgment Notice for the utilization of the Eustis Gun Club, private property
By signing in to utilize any part of the Eustis Gun Club facility or property, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all current Eustis Gun Club Range Rules, By-Laws, Policies, Waiver of Liability, and any Member Agreements. Failure to comply—by you, your guests, or any minors under your supervision—may result in immediate removal from the property and possible suspension or termination of membership.
All By Laws, Range Rules, Policies, Waivers and Agreements are availiable in the member portal for members only. Printed copies of all materials are available for public consumption in the reception sign in room or available upon request.

Welcome to Eustis Gun Club (“EGC”). These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and use of EGC facilities, ranges, programs, events, classes, matches, and activities by members, guests, visitors, spectators, participants, and minors under their supervision.
By entering EGC property, signing in, checking the acknowledgment box on the electronic sign-in system, or participating in any shooting or non-shooting activity at EGC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Club Rules and Governing Documents
All individuals on EGC property agree to read, understand, and comply with all EGC governing documents, including but not limited to:
EGC Bylaws
EGC Range Rules
Steel Range Rules
Membership Agreement
Social Media Policy
Approved Instructor Rules & Agreement
Guest Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
Your continued presence on EGC property constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all policies and updates.
2. Assumption of Risk
Shooting sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By entering the property or participating in any activity:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms, ammunition, range use, target shooting, and movement around active ranges.
You understand that accidents can occur even when all safety rules are followed.
You agree that you are physically and mentally capable of participating safely.
3. Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless
By using EGC facilities or participating in any activity, you agree to:
Release EGC, its Board of Directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Indemnify and hold EGC harmless against any claims arising from your actions or the actions of any guest or minor you bring onto the property.
Accept responsibility for your own conduct and safety.
This waiver applies to both shooting and non-shooting activities.
4. Legal Eligibility to Possess or Use Firearms
All adult participants certify that:
They are legally permitted under federal and state law to possess, handle, or use firearms and ammunition.
They have no felony convictions, domestic violence prohibitions, restraining orders, mental health adjudications, or other disqualifying conditions.
They are not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances.
Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from EGC property and permanent denial of access.
5. Safety Requirements
All individuals agree to:
Follow all posted range rules at all times.
Obey all instructions and commands from Range Safety Officers (RSOs).
Use firearms responsibly and safely.
Wear appropriate eye and ear protection.
Report unsafe behavior immediately to an RSO or EGC staff.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the property, suspension, or permanent ban.
6. Guests and Minors
6.1 Guests
Members are responsible for the conduct, safety, and rule compliance of all guests they bring onto the property.
Guests must sign in and complete the electronic Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver
each visit.
6.2 Minors (Under 18)
Minors are allowed on EGC property only under the following conditions:
They must be accompanied at all times by their lawful parent or legal guardian.
The parent/guardian must complete the Guest Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver on behalf of the minor.
Only the lawful parent or legal guardian may sign for a minor — no exceptions.
Minors under the age of 8 are NOT authorized to shoot any firearm or participate in any live-fire activity.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for ensuring the minor’s safety, supervision, and adherence to all range rules at all times.
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct.
7. Instructor Activities and Training
Only EGC-approved instructors may conduct instruction or training on the property.
All instructors must comply with the
Approved Instructor Rules & Agreement.
Unauthorized instruction is prohibited.
8. Media, Photography & Video Recording
Personal photography and video recording are permitted for individual, non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with safety operations or other members’ enjoyment of the range.
Personal posting on social media is allowed, as long as the content does not misrepresent EGC policies, safety practices, or activities.
No individual, business, club, instructor, training company, sponsor, or outside organization may post or publish photos, videos, or content in a manner that suggests, implies, or states that an affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship exists between Eustis Gun Club and any entity unless such affiliation has been formally approved by the EGC Board of Directors.
No commercial, promotional, or business-related filming or posting is permitted without prior written approval from the Board of Directors.
EGC retains the right to request removal of any posted content that violates these conditions or misrepresents the club.
EGC may take photos or video for official club documentation, training, safety, or promotional purposes.
9. Right to Refuse Service and Remove Individuals
EGC reserves the right to:
Deny access to any individual
Remove individuals for unsafe, inappropriate, or noncompliant behavior
Suspend or revoke membership or guest privileges for policy violations
EGC may remove any person at any time for any reason necessary to maintain a safe environment.
10. Acknowledgment and Electronic Signature
By entering EGC property, signing in at the kiosk, checking the agreement box, or providing a digital or physical signature, you certify that:
You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
You understand the risks involved
All information you provide is true and accurate
Your agreement is legally binding and enforceable
Your acknowledgment serves as your legal signature under state and federal law.
11. Updates and Amendments
EGC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued presence on EGC property after updates constitutes acceptance.
